My stay at this hotel was an absolute delight, featuring impeccable service and gorgeous rooms. The location couldn't be better, just a stone's throw from Union Square and local attractions. However, I did encounter a disappointing lapse in service during my previous visit, particularly with an indifferent bartender and room issues. Still, my latest experience was top-notch, and the hotel's atmosphere made everything worthwhile.
